Platform Architect (Director)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Join Delta Capita and help shape the future of regulatory reporting technology. We're looking for an experienced Platform Architect to lead the architecture and technology strategy for Report Hub, our market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions. You'll drive platform evolution, architecture governance, cloud strategy and engineering best practices across a modern, cloud-native environment. What You'll Do Define and evolve the Report Hub technology roadmap.

Lead architecture reviews and technical design decisions.

Drive scalability, resilience, security and performance improvements.

Partner with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure teams to deliver strategic platform enhancements.

Champion cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps and engineering excellence.

Mentor engineering teams and support major client and technology initiatives.

What We're Looking For 10+ years' experience in architecture, platform engineering or enterprise software development.

Strong experience with cloud-native and distributed systems.

Expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, microservices and event-driven architectures.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Financial services or regulatory reporting experience is advantageous.
