Delphi HR-Consulting GmbH

The company is one of the world's leading providers of healthcare and medical technology. Its diagnostic solutions are used in clinics and research institutions around the globe – making diagnoses more precise and treatments more effective. Those who work here operate in an international, dynamic environment and make a contribution that truly reaches the lives of patients. The European headquarters is located in Germany; several thousand employees are employed throughout Europe.

Your Tasks

  • You design the compensation architecture for EMEA: You translate the pay philosophy into country-specific guidelines, budgets, and processes and advise subsidiaries on strategic compensation planning.
  • You evaluate positions according to established methods (e.g., Hay, Mercer IPE), derive consistent salary bands from them, and keep the band architecture up to date across countries and functions – including salary ranges and geo-differentials based on market pricing and salary surveys.
  • You systematically review compensation decisions (offers, adjustments, retention, promotions) for market competitiveness, internal fairness, compliance, and governance.
  • You create meaningful analyses and reports (comp-ratio, range penetration, pay equity), derive concrete measures – and make their impact measurable. A key focus: the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • You develop guidelines, toolkits, and training, empower HR Business Partners and managers, and ensure clear, understandable reward communication.
  • You manage EMEA-wide C&B projects and coordinate the interface with payroll – without operational payroll processing.
  • If required, you take on deputy team leadership tasks; situational willingness to travel completes your profile.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies or equivalent qualification (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Finance).
  • Sound experience in Compensation & Reward, ideally in an EMEA context.
  • Proficient handling of job evaluation and grading (e.g., Hay, Mercer IPE) as well as the construction and maintenance of salary bands and pay ranges.
  • Strong analytical skills and a KPI-oriented way of working.
  • Practical experience with HRIS compensation modules (Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM).
  • Experience in cross-border projects, confident stakeholder management, and clear, factual communication.
  • Proactive, independent way of working with high attention to detail.
  • Enjoy guiding and developing team members and subsidiaries.
  • Very good English; German is desirable.

Your Benefits

  • International, appreciative corporate culture with hybrid working, flexible hours, and 30 days of vacation.
  • Christmas and vacation bonuses, childcare allowance, company pension scheme, and subsidized lunch.
  • Health offers ranging from gym memberships to courses and massages – plus Deutschlandticket subsidy, free parking, and Jobrad.
