• For our client, a successful and respected family business in the heart of Hamburg, which is active in the production and trade of high-quality food, we are looking for an experienced and committed leader as a Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the areas of Accounting and Controlling with 5 employees
• Creation and analysis of monthly reports (BWA)

• Liquidity management and currency and interest rate management
• Contact person for auditors and tax advisors

• Preparation of annual financial statements (individual and consolidated financial statements) according to HGB
• Internal and external reporting as well as coordination of corporate and budget planning
• Implementation of target-actual analyses in cooperation with the Controlling team
• Responsibility for investment planning and financing
• Development and monitoring of key figures for corporate management
• Implementation of ad-hoc analyses and risk management
• Business management consulting in various areas
• Responsibility for contract and insurance management
• Optimization and coordination of process workflows with IT support

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable training with a focus on Finance/Accounting/Controlling
• Excellent numerical understanding and analytical skills
• Social competence and a confident appearance
• Business fluent English skills
• Holistic entrepreneurial thinking and a structured way of working
• Proficient use of MS-Office, knowledge of Navision is an advantage
• Personal qualities: accuracy, organizational talent, communication strength, reliability, proactivity, and a positive attitude
