As a Director you will use your commercial awareness and professional expertise, along with leveraging the skills and expertise of others, to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our clients. You will own and manage key elements of a client relationship and will be expected to proactively identify innovative solutions for your clients and pursue new business development opportunities by utilising your networks and market knowledge. Our Directors are people managers or act as coaches and role models to the more junior members of their team. You will be a confident team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise or specialism. Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of comprehensive tax structuring and tax advisory services to UK and international infrastructure and energy businesses with over the investment lifecycle, managing a portfolio of high-profile clients and projects;
- Working closely with Infrastructure focussed M&A Partners, owning and managing client relationships and proactively identify solutions for your clients and pursue new business development opportunities by utilising your networks (internal and externally) and market knowledge;
- To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture;
- You will be a confident team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others. Supporting the development of team members, acting as a coach and role model, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise or specialism.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification or experience;
- Exposure to international clients;
- Prior M&A, UK Corporation Tax and infrastructure advisory experience gained in a professional services firm is preferred;
- Excellent communication and project management skills;
- Proven track record in client relationship & stakeholder management.
- Experience of managing diverse teams and collaborating with specialists and other internal teams or external client-side advisers.
- The ability to analyse information, identify issues and prioritise them.
