Do you want to support clients in the field of Consulting for Artificial Intelligence and Data in making strategic decisions? Our team accompanies the implementation of extensive data programs. Become part of our team and shape the future with us.

We support our clients in building state-of-the-art data landscapes to take their analytical capabilities to the next level. You will analyze and understand client-specific solutions from data integration and data transformation to analytics - with the goal of sustainably improving data management using state-of-the-art technologies.

For this position, we are currently offering start dates from September 2026.

Your Impact

• Design and implementation of modern data solutions in the field of data management (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, data catalogs, and data platforms) to provide high-quality and actionable data.
• Development of data strategies that help our clients achieve their business goals in the areas of compliance, cost reduction, and revenue increase.
• Conception of complex data and analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational foundations, as well as advising clients on the implementation of these transformations, which have significant impacts on the organization.
• Building and maintaining close client relationships within the framework of project work or business development, as well as expanding the internal and external network.
• Role model function through high work ethic, strong leadership qualities, and professional competence.
• Further development of your skills in various industries and specialist areas, as well as passing on your knowledge to colleagues.

Consulting and Communication Skills

• Strong writing and Microsoft PowerPoint skills: - Ability to design meaningful presentations.
• Strong conceptual skills: - Ability to merge different requirements into a coherent solution design and simplify complex problems.
• Business-IT translator: - Ability to act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical specifications clearly in written and oral form.

Technical Expertise

• Practical experience with data management, data platforms, or Data Engineering solutions is highly recommended.
• Sound knowledge of SQL and Python is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including working with Data Warehouses, ETL tools, and modern Data Stack technologies is required.
• Knowledge of data platform tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Airflow) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is required.
• Practical experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and Data Orchestration (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, dbt) is required.
• Understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Lake architectures as well as their differences and use cases.
• Knowledge of data modeling and optimization techniques.
• Strong engineering or mathematics background is advantageous.

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in English, German, and/or French is highly desirable to facilitate communication with various teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• Initial relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, especially in data-driven areas.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science, or Healthcare sector is advantageous.
