Your contribution to our success

• Optimization of business performance and efficiency through the definition of target operating models and processes.
• Coordination of workflows in various projects such as company analyses, strategy development, project management, and software implementation.
• Leading and coaching a team of consultants to achieve the highest quality standards.

Your competencies

Must have:

• Degree: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Engineering with a specialization in Finance.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Investment Management or consulting in Alternatives (e.g., management companies, AIFM, fund administrators, depositaries).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, outstanding leadership skills, and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have:

• IT skills: Proven experience in the field of Business Transformation (e.g., PMO, BA, Testing).
• Soft Skills: Innovative thinking, agility, and drive to push changes forward.
