As the largest Human Capital consulting company in Austria, we accompany top clients through various transformation processes. Digitalization, cost pressure, talent and skill shortages, or strategic realignments are challenges that occupy us on a daily basis in our project work.

What awaits you:

• You carry out content-conceptual and strategic work in consulting projects, particularly in organizational transformations and on various questions of Human Resource Management.

• You work closely with our clients.

• You create proposals, conduct interviews and analyses, design presentations, and moderate workshops.

• You further develop our content methods, for example through research and documentation activities.

• You actively build up your know-how in subject areas such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Digital Enablement, Talent Management, Leadership, HR Organisation, Rewards Management, and Job Architecture.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree (Uni or FH) and have ideally gained initial relevant professional experience.

• You are enthusiastic about management consulting, organizational transformations, and Human Capital topics.

• You maintain a result-oriented, independent, and flexible working style and have a high client orientation.

• You think analytically and innovatively and show curiosity for new subject matters.

• You possess strong communication skills and very good English skills.

Additional information

Annual gross salary from € 44,100.- (not All In) at the Junior Consultant level. Your remuneration will, of course, be based on your individual qualifications and position-relevant professional experience. In addition, attractive additional services and benefits await you.
