Azure Cloud Engineer (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your Next Challenge As a key player in our Cloud team, you will:

• Build and Implement: Architect, deploy, and manage cutting-edge cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and monitor all components of our infrastructure and systems hosted in the Cloud.
• Cloud Governance: Manage cloud subscriptions, profiles, and ensure optimal network and security configurations.
• Service Management: Administer applications across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
• Documentation and Compliance: Compile comprehensive documentation, write procedures, and generate reports to maintain a well-managed environment.
• Performance and Availability: Proactively ensure high performance and availability of applications.
• Security: Adhere to and verify compliance with security standards, backup strategies, and system/application redundancy.
• Automation and Orchestration: Automate and orchestrate various environments using Infrastructure as Code practices, especially with Terraform.
• Resource Optimization: Optimize resource usage and cost allocation efficiently.
• Incident Management: Track activities and incidents, ensuring defined SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Support: Provide third-level support for solutions, troubleshoot applications, and solve complex issues.
• Network Understanding: Possess strong knowledge and understanding of network configurations, protocols, and implementations.

Your Skills

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of core Azure components.
• IaC Mastery: Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform, with strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Network Skills: Solid understanding of network configurations, protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Communication: Excellent writing and speaking skills in both French and English.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Work Methodology: Rigorous, structured work approach with an analytical mindset.
• Tech Savvy: Keen interest in new technologies and staying updated with the latest developments.
