Analyze the performance metrics of commercial teams and partners through a data-driven approach, translating information into key insights to present to stakeholders of all levels using the right tools. Thoroughly diagnose partner issues in each market to design tailored solutions and define the next best action for each of them. Identify opportunities that optimize results, driving processes and technology to build a 100% digital and scalable experience. Demonstrate proactivity and execution orientation: use information as a starting point to identify opportunities, design action plans, coordinate them with multiple stakeholders from different PedidosYa areas (e.g. Sales, Producto, Tecnología, Logística, BI), and execute them with autonomy. Be the axis between local and regional needs, while maintaining a fluid and dynamic working table with global teams. Be responsible for the planning and execution of strategies aimed at facilitating and improving the performance of our commercial teams and achieving optimal performance for our partners.
Professionals from careers such as economics, engineering, statistics, business analysis, computer science, or information systems. Two or more years of experience in business strategy, data analysis, project leadership, or related positions. Written and oral English. Advanced knowledge of the Office suite. Proficiency in SQL or other Data Analytics tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker.
