Your tasks

We have an opportunity for you; we are looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join our team. Are you in?

What challenges await you?

• Manage first-level support in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) for users in 15 countries, ensuring agile resolution of requests and compliance with service agreements.
• Design and optimize reports and dashboards that facilitate the tracking of operational and commercial goals for the different business units.
• Train company teams in the efficient use of tools and workflows, driving continuous adoption of the platform.
• Gather and document technical incidents, coordinating their follow-up with the regional support team to identify root causes and functional improvements.
• Monitor and optimize data hygiene in the Salesforce database, ensuring the integrity of account records and commercial operations.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

• Advanced students or graduates in Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of previous work experience as an analyst or advanced user (Power User) providing functional support in Salesforce.
• Fluent handling of Sales Cloud, with autonomy to structure queries, list views, and specialized dashboards.
• Advanced mastery of spreadsheets (Excel) for analysis, massive cross-referencing, and debugging of databases.
• Intermediate English level (especially in written communication) for fluid interaction with regional and global technical teams.
