Rider Care Analyst

We have an opportunity for you; we are looking for Rider Care Analysts to join our regional team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Are you in? What challenges await you? Lead the management of the service lines under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with efficiency and rider satisfaction metrics.

Design, implement, and monitor control dashboards to evaluate key operational indicators and interpret the direct impact of improvements made.

Coordinate the development of projects and new functionalities together with the regional and global teams of Delivery Hero to optimize the service.

Design and follow up on strategic analytical initiatives that contribute to achieving the area's goals.

Identify operational findings together with local and regional teams to strengthen rider support processes.

What do we expect from you? Completed or advanced university education in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related careers.

Previous work experience in roles of process analysis, operations optimization, or management of support and service channels.

Advanced management of databases using SQL and quantitative analysis tools.

Fluent command of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.

Intermediate or advanced English language level for communication and collaborative work with international teams.
