Regional Performance Operations Specialist

Lead strategic relationship management with 7 countries in the region, ensuring that store and picker operations function correctly. Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes, developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements. Analyze operational KPIs to detect deviations, investigating best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmarks. Collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices focused on increasing productivity and reducing costs. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement, implementing methodologies that improve performance and align operations with strategic objectives.
Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Solid analytical and operational background in Operations, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles. Mandatory proficiency in SQL to perform queries and analyze large volumes of data. Intermediate English level. Availability to travel.
