Your tasks

• Lead Best Estimate and Budget processes in cooperation with the Finance team and local teams, costing and budgeting the expected operational assumptions for different periods.
• Lead, together with local teams, the post-mortem understanding of logistics costs and their components, bringing analytical granularity to a level that allows for capitalizing on learnings and detecting opportunities.
• Build standardized management information and methodologies for the entire region, increasing consistency and comparability between markets.
• Lead the construction of business cases and support local teams in bidding processes.
• Support local teams in the management of supplier warehouse allowance, leading the agenda and ensuring progress together with the commercial teams of each market.
• Lead supply finance planning, integrating the financial vision into Supply Chain planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in management control, FP&A, costs, or performance in Supply Chain / Logistics / Retail.
• Previous experience in technology, e-commerce, quick-commerce, or retail companies with multi-country operations. Knowledge of logistics operations: 3PLs, distribution centers, last mile.
• Solid handling of financial and cost modeling, and budgeting processes (budget, forecast, best estimate).
• Advanced data analysis skills: SQL (ideally BigQuery) and expert-level spreadsheets.
• Intermediate-advanced English (regional environment and interaction with headquarters).
