Reconciliation Sr Analyst

We have an opportunity for you; we are looking for a Reconciliation Sr Analyst for our Payments team. Execute and supervise the daily reconciliation of transactions with acquirers, gateways, and banks. Monitor key KPIs to detect deviations and take corrective actions in real time. Coordinate with external partners (processors, banks, gateways) to resolve differences or incidents. Prepare periodic reports on performance and area indicators. Analyze reconciliation processes to propose improvements and automations. Provide support to other internal teams on topics related to payments, chargebacks, and refunds.
More than 2 years of experience in reconciliation, operations, or payment methods support areas (preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or startups). Practical knowledge of the payments ecosystem (acquiring, reconciliation, chargebacks, refunds). Advanced experience working with SQL bigquery. Proficiency in analysis and management tools: advanced Excel and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI). Experience with systems and tools such as SAP, Simetrik, and Kanban boards (Jira, Trello, Asana or similar). Advanced student in degrees such as Bachelor in Economics, B.A. in Business Administration, B.S. in Systems, Statistics, Public Accountant. Fluent English skills.
