We have an opportunity for you, we are looking for a Payments Optimization Sr Analyst in Buenos Aires. Manage the end-to-end operation and performance of the platform's payment methods. Constantly monitor the area's key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify deviations and coordinate rapid actions with internal teams and providers. Analyze data and provide valuable information (insights) aimed at optimizing payment acceptance models. Collaborate with stakeholders in the financial ecosystem to detect opportunities that improve the user payment experience and boost the business. Measure and quantify the impact of implemented initiatives, facilitating strategic decision-making in each market.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar optimization or analytics positions within the payments, fintech, or banking ecosystem. Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, SQL (BigQuery), and visualization dashboards. Advanced English level.
