Job Description
We have an opportunity for you; we are looking for an Operations Media Solutions Sr Analyst to join our regional Media team. Are you in?
What challenges await you?
- Lead the design and optimization of operational processes for the advertising business (Ads), ensuring scalable solutions across the 15 countries in the region.
- Standardize guidelines and advertising product playbooks, defining technical specifications and requirements for the commercialization of spaces in the app.
- Act as a strategic and technical link between the PedidosYa and Delivery Hero Product teams, driving the development and implementation of new tools.
- Contribute to the definition of pricing and monetization schemes for visibility solutions for brands and consumer goods agencies.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and ad servers, analyzing impact indicators to implement continuous automations in workflows.
Requirements
What do we expect from you?
- Graduates or advanced students in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous work experience in media operations roles, advertising agencies, retail media, or management of digital visibility solutions.
- Solid mastery of advertising metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, and fill rate) and the functioning of bidding platforms or ad servers.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and project management tools, integrating Artificial Intelligence tools into analytical workflows (SQL or BigQuery will be valued).
- Advanced English language level for fluid communication, periodic coordination, and leadership of projects with international teams.
