Your tasks

• Perform monitoring and analysis of the main key performance indicators (KPIs) of the logistics operation in Uruguay.
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
• Detect operational deviations, propose solutions, and execute improvement actions.
• Collaborate with the team in the management and interaction with the courier network.
• Provide analytical support and key information for strategic decision-making and area projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in analytical or operational roles.
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Mastery of productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace).
• Intermediate English level.
