Job Description

We have an opportunity for you: we are looking for a Groceries Manager!

• Design and lead the commercial and expansion strategy of the vertical, ensuring the fulfillment of profitability and market penetration goals.
• Develop high-level strategic alliances with leading mass consumption brands and retailers to boost the promotion calendar and commercial agreements.
• Manage the continuous relationship with key commercial partners through joint business plans, strategic advisory, and follow-up visits.
• Analyze key indicators of sales, traffic, conversion, basket performance, and user experience to convert data into tactical actions with immediate impact.
• Coordinate campaign profitability and the category's financial flow together with the Finance team, as well as co-lead operational actions to provide a best in class customer experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in management and development of commercial teams, as well as in key account development and commercial negotiation.
• Solid analytical capacity and decision-making based on data and commercial indicators.
• Results orientation with high organizational and problem-solving capacity in dynamic environments.
• Intermediate/advanced English language proficiency.
