Your tasks

Would you like to be the strategic partner between the finance area and the business, working in an agile and constantly moving environment? We are looking for a Finance Business Partner, a profile that is curious, analytical, and has a hands-on mentality, eager to generate impact through data and support strategic decision-making.

What challenges await you?

• Provide comprehensive financial support to the assigned area, ensuring understanding of the P&L and translating financial metrics into concrete action plans.
• Lead budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis, identifying risks and optimization opportunities.
• Deep dive into business information by performing autonomous queries in databases and developing dynamic reports that add value to decision-making.
• Analyze the feasibility and profitability of new projects and initiatives, providing recommendations based on data.
• Manage the relationship and fluid communication between Finance and business teams at different levels of the organization.
• Propose continuous improvements in workflows and analysis tools, incorporating technology and new tools (including Artificial Intelligence) into the daily routine.
• Manage the loading, reconciliation, and parameterization of information in the company's financial platforms (Anaplan / OneStream).

Requirements

• University professional in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• More than 4 years of experience in financial, FP&A, Management Control, or Business Partnering roles (experience in technology companies, e-commerce, or dynamic environments is valued).
• Solid financial fundamentals and a Data-Driven profile: Mastery of P&L analysis, budget control, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (required).
• Experience and autonomy working with SQL/BigQuery for information extraction and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
• English: intermediate-advanced.
