Job Description

• Analyze category performance (sell-in, sell-out, market share, profitability, turnover, DOH, etc.).
• Develop data-based insights to identify growth opportunities and optimization of assortment, prices, and promotions.
• Propose and implement category strategies (supplier segmentation, clusters).
• Support innovation initiatives or launches, validating their viability from a category and channel perspective.
• Prepare reports for decision-making (internal and external).
• Lead or support shopper insights and buying behavior projects.
• Participate in business review processes with key suppliers (category reviews, performance reviews of commercial dynamics, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in analysis tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Ability to interpret data and convert it into clear and actionable strategies.
• Analytical thinking, results-oriented, and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Intermediate English
