Associate Infrastructure Engineer

We have an opportunity for you! We are looking for an Associate Infrastructure Engineer to join the Platform Reliability Operator team. Among the main challenges are: Ensuring platform stability. Collaborating with all of the company's business units to offer transparency to the organization. Providing support to the engineering team to reduce potential incidents or the impact of platform degradation. Daily exposure to a variety of technical challenges and customer experiences that will expand and develop your technical and leadership skills. Objectives Monitor specific metrics for availability, latency, and general system / application status.

Exhaustive analysis of different issues that may be affecting the operations of the company's various functional areas.

Being able to follow incident management procedures in production environments.

Understanding the determination of root cause analysis and the creation of the timeline.

Create and maintain documentation on internal processes and assistance to other areas.

English is required (writing and speaking skills) to communicate with technical teams and clients from other countries. It is a Plus to have experience in problem tracking with ticketing systems and in customer service through Jira Initial studies in the IT area

Working hours and days: From 5pm to 2am - Sundays to Thursdays.
