Job Description:

As Account Manager – Paris, you will be responsible for the success of your portfolio of strategic accounts, in order to implement the most relevant tools for our users. You will report directly to the Client Partner in place.

Your main missions:

• Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature sectors, requiring real expertise and particular attention.

• Create a privileged and lasting partnership by bringing your Food Tech expertise, as an expert in your area/city.

• Optimize the profitability of your portfolio and propose personalized support, built for the long term with the support of data.

• Be an expert in your area and ensure Deliveroo's influence through a 360 vision: account management, sales, marketing, operations.

• Analyze the performance of your portfolio and take the appropriate measures. Make direct recommendations to the Client Partner, demonstrate agility and openness to novelty. Deliveroo is a company in motion, with tools and options to deploy at a sustained pace.

• Suggest and implement marketing and promotional campaigns adapted to your portfolio.

• Closely monitor operations to optimize the experience for both partner restaurants and customers.

Your experience and qualities:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Ability to negotiate, anticipate commercial discussions, undertake the necessary actions to maintain a quality portfolio (contractual discussions, negotiation of commercial tools, etc.) and achieve objectives (OKRs).

• Data analysis skills in order to derive the necessary growth axes for the development of your accounts.

• Ability to maintain control of your Partner portfolio, to observe market trends and to provide real-time feedback to your partners and your manager.

• Field expertise: close to your partners, you are able to ensure qualitative competitive intelligence on your portfolio and your sector.

• Ability to convince and influence your partners to achieve set objectives, while respecting Deliveroo's values.

• Proactivity and ability to draw conclusions from the results of your actions to make relevant recommendations to partners.

• Rapid understanding and appropriation of objectives to be achieved, with autonomy and determination.

• Ability to implement personalized actions consistent with partner needs and managerial directives.

• Ability to identify, understand, and analyze commercial and operational performance data across your entire portfolio in a logic of service excellence.

• Proficiency in English (written/spoken) to defend a point of view and communicate effectively.

• Ability to build lasting commercial relationships in order to make Deliveroo the "food" reference in the eyes of our partners.
