Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to work in one of the squads responsible for the construction and evolution of the organization's systems. The position will focus on analyzing business needs, specifying solutions, and monitoring development, implementation, integration, and automation projects. The projects primarily use Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Oracle database. This person will work together with business analysts, developers, testing professionals, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that deliveries are aligned with user needs and organizational objectives. • Understand business needs, processes, and rules, transforming them into clear and manageable requirements.
• Analyze and propose system solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for applications developed in Java, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Analyze structures, queries, integrations, and impacts related to the Oracle database.
• Evaluate the impacts of solutions on existing systems, processes, integrations, architecture, and technical standards.
• Present solutions to the team and stakeholders before entering the development pipeline.
• Work with business analysts on the structuring, detailing, and prioritization of the backlog.
• Monitor development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Ensure that solutions are executed according to the established scope, deadline, and cost.
• Participate in squad ceremonies and meetings, contributing to the planning and execution of activities.
• Keep requirements, documents, and records related to deliveries up to date.
• Support the implementation of solutions in production, including configurations, parameterization, and stabilization.
• Guide users and clarify doubts regarding system functionalities.
• Identify dependencies and impacts related to solutions developed by other squads.
• Support knowledge transfer to the teams responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor deliveries made by vendors and validate their adherence to requirements.
• Propose improvements in development, quality, integration, and architecture processes.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Requirements and qualificationsCheck below what you will need to know to succeed in this opportunity!REQUIRED KNOWLEDGEHigher Education degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Administration with an emphasis on IT, or related fields.Experience with systems analysis and requirements gathering.Experience in preparing functional and technical specifications.Knowledge of applications developed in Java.Knowledge of web development with JavaScript.Knowledge of the Angular framework.Knowledge of Oracle database, including modeling, SQL queries, and object creation.Ability to analyze the impacts of changes between frontend, backend, database, and integrations.Knowledge of development, testing, validation, and system implementation processes.Experience monitoring projects or software development deliveries.Ability to understand business processes and rules and transform them into system solutions.Experience with organization, detailing, and backlog monitoring.Knowledge of agile methodologies and participation in squad routines.Experience in communication with technical teams, business areas, users, and stakeholders.Ability to document solutions, decisions, requirements, and processes. Intermediate English for reading, writing, and conversation.DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGEPost-graduate degree or specialization in Information Technology, Administration with an emphasis on IT, or related fields.Previous experience in projects that jointly use Java, Angular, and Oracle.Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration.Knowledge of messaging systems and queues.Knowledge of PL/SQL and query optimization in Oracle.Knowledge of system architecture and integration patterns.Experience with CRM platforms.Experience with systems related to marketing, service, relationship, or customer experience.Experience with business process automation.Knowledge of development project management or system implementation.Experience with management and monitoring of technology vendors.Experience with planning and monitoring scope, deadline, cost, risks, and dependencies.Experience with implementation and stabilization of solutions in production.
