Shift Supervisor

At Delicious Food Hall Group, we are growing our team and looking for the next person for the role of Shift Coordination & Responsibility at our stores in Attica. If you like organizing people, keeping the pace high, and seeing a store run like… clockwork, then we are probably talking about you. In this role, you will be the person who keeps the shift in flow, from the team and service, to quality, the store's image, and the customer experience.

In your daily routine, you will: Organize and lead the shift team. Ensure that company standards are implemented in practice. Oversee the overall image of the store: quality, cleanliness, and service. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules. Manage issues that arise during the shift and find solutions with composure. Organize posts and staff scheduling. Manage feedback and ensure that customers leave smiling. Required Qualifications:

Good knowledge of English. Comfort with computers and tools such as MS Office, ERP. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in the hospitality sector. Communication and organizational skills. Team spirit and willingness to cooperate. Customer-centric philosophy and a love for good service.
