IT Project Coordinator

Your Tasks:

As Product Owner, you are responsible for the content-related further development of our CoreProduct solution and actively drive it forward. You accompany requirements throughout the entire lifecycle - from intake via our central Delivery Support Board (DSB) to successful delivery - and ensure that we build the right things at the right time.

As a central interface between CoreProduct (HQ), the regional units (Europe, USA, Australia), and our international customers, you translate customer and market needs into clear, prioritized User Stories and work packages. You work closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and our experienced product experts - who possess an enormous amount of know-how regarding the existing product - and make well-founded prioritization decisions along a structured, multi-stage requirements process.

MUST HAVES

Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product-related role in software development, ideally in an international environment (Certification as an Agile Product Owner is a plus).

Customer-oriented mindset: Ability to understand the challenges and needs of customers as well as the desired outcomes.

High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and a "doer" mentality.

Strategic thinking with a focus on results: Ability to define, communicate, and convey a clear direction (vision and mission for the product) in a timely manner.

Strong prioritization and decision-making skills: Ability to create, prioritize, and continuously refine the product and sprint backlog to ensure a healthy and well-maintained backlog at all times.

Excellent stakeholder management: Ability to understand and balance the changing requirements and expectations of customers, management, partners, developers, and operations.

Proficient written and spoken English skills.

Professional experience using project management tools such as Jira/Confluence and comparable applications.

Occasional willingness to travel for international coordination.

NICE TO HAVE

Sound understanding of both traditional and agent-based (Agentic AI) development processes.

Knowledge in UX/UI, the basics of AI Prompt Engineering, as well as in Design and Lean Thinking.

Can drive a product forward even when requirements are not yet fully clear.

Actively drives topics ("drives outcomes") and thinks in terms of results instead of tasks.

Can constructively resolve tensions between Customer - Region - HQ.

Basic understanding of an ERP workflow.
