*Manufacturing Production Manager*
Successful Manufacturer of Custom Residential Windows & Doors for over 100 combined years is currently looking for a Manufacturing Production Manager to join their team.
*Purpose*
Responsible for the tactical management of all production lines to ensure that the factory meets its objectives for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth. Facility is an order and build, high volume assembly manufacturing operation which requires the incumbent to adapt to changes and solve problems on the manufacturing floor in real time.
*Responsibilities*
- Build Great Teams.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of company policies.
- Immediately identify, contain, and resolve safety issues.
- Supervise the flow of work and to ensure the pace meets expectations of output and on time delivery.
- Ensure support programs such as tools, workbench maintenance is in place as needed to support operations.
- Daily opening and closing of plant floor.
- Develops and manages production schedules to meet internal volume, cost, and quality goals.
- Oversees staffing and development of all production supervisors and staff.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Extensive knowledge of department processes.
- Inspect and monitor production equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order in coordination with maintenance and engineer departments.
- Liaise with Q.C., Shipping and Receiving Departments of organization to make sure products meet set production deadlines.
- Address and respond to staff issues or complaints to ensure a calm and focused workforce.
- Aim to identify waste and other constraints that limit productivity.
*Requirements*
- 5+ years hands on experience managing hourly workforce.
- Manufacturing or machining experience.
- Hands on ability to operate equipment on lines and maintaining of equipment and tools.
- Strong time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Manufacturing Certification.
*Compensation Package*
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
