*Key Responsibilities:*

*Equipment Operation:*

• Operate a remote overhead crane.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of materials.

*Physical Handling:*

• Regularly lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

*Quality Control:*

• Maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

*Team Collaboration:*

• Work in coordination with other departments.
• Contribute to team objectives and assist in various operational projects.

*Qualifications:*

*Experience:*

Must have at least 1 year of experience working specifically in a steel or metal environment, not just general industrial experience.

*Skills & Abilities:*

• Good communication and multitasking skills, including good English language proficiency.
• Flexibility and reliability in various work situations.
• Knowledge of safe operation of heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with basic measuring equipment, including micrometers.

*Personal Attributes: *Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to workplace safety.

*Compensation & Benefits:*

• Salary: $23.90 - $25.40 per hour.
• Additional pay for overtime.
• Midnight Shift Premium: Additional $1 per hour.

*Working Hours:*

• Full-time position with three shift options:
• *Midnights:* 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, starting Sunday night.
• *Dayshift:* 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• *Afternoons:* 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.
• Candidates will be assigned to one specific shift but may occasionally be required to cover other shifts.
