Your tasks:

  • Independent processing of export orders in national and

international shipping

  • Creation and processing of export and customs documents
  • Execution of customs declarations via the ATLAS system
  • Examination of export law requirements and ensuring

compliance with legal specifications

  • Organization and coordination of international transports
  • Coordination with freight forwarders, customs authorities, customers and internal

departments

  • Maintenance of export-relevant data as well as support with

process optimizations

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of

freight forwarding, foreign trade or industry

  • Several years of experience in export processing
  • Sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
  • Confident handling of ATLAS, MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good written and spoken English skills, other foreign languages
