Your tasks

  • Consulting and first point of contact for internal stakeholders for

procurement processes in the different phases of the product lifecycle of GS products

  • Project management: recording and structuring complex

procurement processes of internal stakeholders for standardized & efficient processing by GS Materialeinkauf as well as GS Dienstleistungseinkauf

  • Assumption of operational and strategic purchasing activities in the

area of services and assembly repair and Materialeinkauf.

  • Close contact and regular exchange with internal

stakeholders, participation in internal meetings

  • Initiation or participation in meetings with or at suppliers
  • Inquiries, orders and follow-up
  • Building reporting structure in JIRA

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies (BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)

or training with many years of professional experience in the field of purchasing or project management

  • Strong communication skills, team & assertiveness
  • Self-confidence and a secure appearance
  • Fast comprehension, analytical, structured, independent

and proactive way of working

  • Very good SAP and Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge in project management, contract law (ideally VO PR)

& legal mindset Knowledge in the procurement of purchased parts & services in different phases of the product lifecycle
