Lawyer

A modern and dynamically growing law firm, with years of presence in the legal services sector, is seeking a Lawyer for its team in Athens. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in active litigation, managing a wide range of cases for private and corporate clients, in an organized and demanding professional environment.

What your day will include

You will undertake the management of cases concerning civil, commercial, family, inheritance, and landlord-tenant law, as well as commercial claims and enforcement proceedings. You will draft legal documents, monitor the progress of cases, and represent clients before the courts within Attica.

At the same time, you will collaborate with corporate clients, public services, judicial bailiffs, and collaborating lawyers, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of every case.

The position involves active litigation and frequent presence in courts, as well as participation in demanding projects involving corporate clients and the energy sector.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30, in an organized and modern working environment that offers stability, continuous evolution, and substantial professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Law degree and license to practice law
• At least 3 years of active legal experience
• Very good knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law, as well as Enforcement Law
• Proven courtroom experience
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple cases with consistency and prioritization
• Client-centric approach, attention to detail, and adaptability to a demanding environment
