Associate Lawyer
A modern and dynamically growing law firm, with a long-standing presence in the legal services sector, is seeking an Associate Lawyer for its team in Athens. The position focuses primarily on Commercial Law, commercial claims, and enforcement proceedings, while simultaneously combining general legal practice for private and corporate clients.
What your day will include
You will undertake the management of legal cases mainly concerning commercial claims, demands, and enforcement, as well as cases involving civil, family, inheritance, and landlord-tenant law. Simultaneously, you will draft pleadings and other legal documents, represent clients before the courts, and provide legal support to the companies you will handle, in collaboration with their executives and other involved entities.
The position involves active litigation, frequent presence in the courts within Attica, and participation in demanding cases for corporate clients, including those in the energy sector.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30, in an organized environment that offers stability and professional growth.
What we are looking for in you
- Law degree and license to practice law.
- At least 3 years of active legal experience.
- Very good knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law, as well as Enforcement Law.
- Proven courtroom experience.
- Very good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Responsibility, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
