Aftersales Technical Specialist

An official representative of commercial vehicles in Greece is looking for an Aftersales Technical Specialist to staff the Aftersales & Service department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the department management and the Service team, further developing your technical and organizational skills in an industry with steady demand and growth prospects.

What your day will include You will play an active role in the daily operation of the Aftersales department, undertaking written and telephone communication with factories regarding Service, warranty, and technical support issues. At the same time, you will collaborate with the Service team on technical matters, monitoring the relevant processes and ensuring that quality standards and set delivery times are followed.

What we are looking for in you

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (TEI, IEK or equivalent school)
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in the automotive sector will be appreciated, ideally in an Aftersales or Service department
• Experience in Warranty or Technical Support issues will be considered an additional asset
• Technical background and willingness for professional development, without necessarily requiring previous experience
• Organizational skills and comfort in communication

Benefits This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with gross monthly compensation of €1,800–€2,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company also offers private insurance, a pension scheme, and regular meal allowances, in a stable working environment with growth prospects in the Aftersales field.
