- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, or related fields.
- Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Passionate about content creation, social media, and digital trends.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to explore new content ideas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools) are a plus.
- Previous experience as a content creator or on-camera talent is a plus.
- Act as the face of Dekoruma in social media content, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in creating engaging, creative, and trend-driven content that aligns with Dekoruma's brand identity.
- Support daily social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and audience preferences to generate fresh content ideas.
- Collaborate with the social media team during brainstorming, shooting, and content production.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
