To support our team in Supply Chain Management, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date:

Tasks:

• Management and optimization of the entire supply chain – from annual and quantity planning to scheduling and timely delivery
• Monitoring of delivery dates, active dunning/reminders, as well as early identification and minimization of risks along the supply chain
• Management and controlling of manufacturing as well as continuous optimization of processes, costs, and delivery capability
• Support and further development of national and international suppliers as well as logistics and production partners, including supplier visits
• Active participation in the introduction of new products and ensuring all supply-chain-relevant requirements

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
• Technical understanding as well as a structured, solution- and result-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international environment; intercultural experience is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as ideally experience with ERP-Systemen
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing; other foreign languages are welcome
• Willingness to travel to support suppliers and partners as well as a high degree of responsibility and resilience
