Passenger Transport Planner

To strengthen their planning team, they are looking for a Planner who loves structure, coordination, and optimization. Do you want to be the pivot between coaches, drivers, and customers?

What will you do on a workday?

• You plan coaches and drivers efficiently
• You correctly prepare work data and trips
• You handle questions and complaints from customers
• You brief drivers and ensure clear agreements
• You monitor driver training
• You manage the planning and continuously look for ways to increase efficiency

What do you bring?

• You remain calm under pressure and switch gears smoothly when necessary
• You communicate easily with customers and think commercially
• You work independently and take responsibility
• You are administratively strong and work accurately
• You speak fluent French and English, with a basic knowledge of German
• Experience in dispatching is a plus
• Knowledge of legal driving and rest times is a plus
• You work fluently with the computer and have a good knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Servico and Trip is a nice plus
• You possess good geographical knowledge, both nationally and internationally
• You do not hesitate to take the lead and have an eye for improvement
