To do this, we need someone who accompanies the projects from order confirmation to the finished machine.

Then we would like to have you as a team member if you also bring the following: > Completed training as a technician, master, or degree in mechanical engineering – both are welcome > At least 5 years of professional experience in design or technical project support > Confident handling of SolidWorks or comparable CAD systems > Experience in the design and selection of machine components > Technical understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes > Structured, independent way of working – you take responsibility for your projects > Enjoyment of collaborating with manufacturing, assembly, suppliers, and customers > Openness to working with digital tools and AI > Good English skills for coordination with international customers and suppliers > Industry knowledge in rubber or plastic processing? Nice – but not a must, we will train you Your area of responsibility: Design & Development > Independent processing of machine and modernization projects > Technical design and selection of machine components > Development of technical solution proposals > Creation and maintenance of CAD models and technical drawings in SolidWorks > Selection and technical specification of purchased parts > Participation in the further development and standardization of our machines
