(Senior) Compliance Analyst (d/w/m)
Focus: Prevention of money laundering, other criminal offenses, financial sanctions
As central Non-Financial-Risk-Management, we are responsible for the analysis, assessment, control, and reporting of all operational and compliance-related risks, from the identification of regulatory requirements to the management of outsourcing, business continuity, data protection, information security, money laundering prevention, fraud prevention, handling of sanctions, and the Internal Control System.
Are you interested in the following tasks and would like to take them on?
- Support in the creation and methodical further development of the risk analysis for money laundering and other criminal offenses
- continuous monitoring of compliance with regulatory requirements regarding money laundering prevention, combating terrorism, and prevention of other criminal offenses
- independent execution of controls/audits according to the control plan
- support in the development of compliance-relevant processes and accompaniment of bank-internal projects
- creation of reports to Group Compliance

- building on banking training as well as further training as a Bankfachwirt or a completed university degree (Law or Economics)
- ideally knowledge and experience in conducting risk analyses and monitoring activities, especially in the field of money laundering prevention
- ideally supplemented by sound knowledge in project management as well as experience in the field of process optimization
- strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and a confident appearance combined with high resilience and conflict management skills
- strong analytical skills with high problem-solving competence, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, implementation strength, and self-organization
- business fluent English skills
