Administrative Support Assistant (OA) NF-03

This position is located at Stars and Stripes Europe, Kaiserslautern, Germany . Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Major duties

• Actively participates in the management of the activity or organization by performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties.
• Serves as the central point of contact for matters related to day-to-day operations. Composes standard operating procedures and sets internal priorities.
• An extensive knowledge of rules, operations, and practices, and judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate guidelines is required.
• Develops procedures to generate improvements in administrative services. Helps design, develop and update organization's web pages.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience directly related to the duties described above. Skills of qualified typist, and working knowledge of Microsoft Operating System and Office Suite (i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Outlook) are required. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess experience using artificial intelligence or automation tools to complete administrative work. Possess experience with training or assisting employees in adopting new software, digital tools, or workplace technology. Possess experience coordinating projects involving multiple departments or functional areas. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager.
