Qualifications

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 2. With no supervision, completes work, meets priorities, and achieved results based on the organization’s goals and objectives. 3. Manages and applies in-depth knowledge of the Agency mission requirements, strategic plans, procedures, and resources. 4. Demonstrates depth of knowledge managing warehouse operations to include end-to-end logistics processes, receipts, inventory control, storage, distribution and disposal to support organizations logistics and supply requirements. 5. Demonstrates extensive knowledge and experience as an Accountable Property Officer or Property Book Officer managing high volume of accountable and capitalized assets within a Accountable Property System of Record. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience and in-depth of knowledge of the Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss or Stolen (FLIPL) end-to-end process flow to account and adjust records for lost, Damaged, Destroyed and Stolen property. 2. Demonstrated experience supporting Combatant Commands. 3. Demonstrated experience collaborating within the Intelligence Community.
