Qualifications
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 2. Continues to expand and maintain diverse professional working relationships to actively and effectively network across directorate and Agency functions; continually uses networks to resolve issues and problematic situations by sharing resources and lessons learned. 3. Describes DoD/IC mission and objectives, applicable laws, statutes, orders, directives, treaties, agreements, procedures, and/or guidelines for conducting CI and/or Cover activities in work products or during mission execution. 4. Applies decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office, directorate, or Agency. 5. Engages external CI program stakeholders and customers to explain the desired CI outcomes and recommends specific and future actions for shaping the appropriate CI outcomes. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Ability to deliver feedback in a positive manner, focusing on performance improvements to encourage individuals to increase their performance. 2. Ability to advise DoD leadership on CI Program critical threats that potentially impact CI functions or DoD operations and analyzes the effectiveness of DoD/IC policies. 3. Ability to review information and to subsequently recognize and articulate systemic examples of an adversary’s capability to threaten DoD equities.
