🎯 Role Summary Gourmet Twist is looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and deliver an excellent customer experience across our communication channels.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

• Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

• Coordinate with kitchen, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding issues.

• Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and complaint logs.

• Identify recurring customer issues and recommend service improvements.

• Build positive customer relationships and support customer retention.

Requirements

✅ Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle difficult customers professionally.

• Customer-focused, organised, patient, and detail-oriented.

• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or FMCG is an advantage.
