About the company

We are busy law office in the heart of Burnaby with a focus on family law, probate and estate litigation, civil, and immigration. We are looking for an experienced litigator to join our office.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience You must have 2-4 years of successful practice in family law, general civil or estate litigation, with strong client management skills. You must be comfortable in court, hearings, and similar.

What we offer

Remuneration Associates receive 50% of collected billings, plus GST. Associates are considered self-employed contractors for CRA purposes.

Other Benefits All scheduling, billing, LSBC matters, and so forth, are handled by the office staff. Associates who bill $15,000 (per month) and up, have a full-time dedicated legal assistant. Some CPD hours are covered by the firm.

Pay: $140.63-$187.50 per hour
