HR Officer
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, interviews, employee onboarding, probation reviews, and offboarding. Maintain employee records and coordinate attendance, leave, payroll data, and regular HR reports. Support employee relations, training, performance reviews, workplace concerns, and employee welfare activities. Implement company HR policies and help ensure compliance with Nigerian employment requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. One to three years of relevant HR experience; experience in a multinational or Chinese company is an advantage. Strong spoken and written English, good interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High level of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multicultural team.
