Customer Service/ Call Agent

Your tasks

• Make outbound calls to screen and source potential customers
• Follow up with high-value prospective customers steadily
• Provide professional and high-quality customer service
• Promote smooth communication and support high-quality deal conversions

Requirements

• A minimum of an SSCE
• Experience preferred (not compulsory)
• Persuasion

What we offer

*Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Remuneration: NGN** 150,000 - 400,000 monthly (higher salary based on personal ability and performance)

Working hours: Monday‑Friday ｜ 9:00‑18:00/ Saturday | 9:00‑16:00
