Your tasks

The role will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support of the Nexthink platform, ensuring effective monitoring and improvement of the digital employee experience.

• Design and implement Nexthink DEX solutions across enterprise environments.
• Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform.
• Optimize Nexthink configurations and platform performance.
• Monitor and support the digital employee experience environment.
• Support enterprise customers in utilizing Nexthink capabilities effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Nexthink-related issues.
• Continuously optimize the platform to improve the overall digital employee experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Nexthink DEX.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Nexthink and digital employee experience (DEX) platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Nexthink design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support.
• Experience working within enterprise customer environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
• Ability to manage and optimize Nexthink environments independently.
