Customer Service Executive – 12-Month Temporary Contract

A. Client Onboarding & Investment Support

• Advise clients on Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) procedures, including documentation, timelines, and application processes.
• Coordinate submission, follow-up, and delivery of granted certificates, including translation where required.

B. Post-Licensing & Operational Support

• Support clients after IRC/ERC issuance on procedures such as construction permits, import/export, taxation,...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in industrial real estate, investment projects, or working with foreign investors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
