*Responsibilities*
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits and usage tips
- Provide knowledgeable advice on technology sales, including accessories and related items
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining quality service
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via call or online inquiries
*Experience*
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Demonstrated ability in product demos and technical sales enhances customer confidence
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for clear interactions
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering processes is desirable
- Organizational skills to keep merchandise well-presented and stock levels accurate
- Basic math proficiency for transactions, discounts, and upselling opportunities
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 ? 20.0 per week
