CONTEXT

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the metrological control of incoming parts and finished products of the Workshop, in order to achieve the cost - lead time - quality objectives established in production.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Present within the Workshop, you will perform all necessary metrology operations according to the established specifications. To this end, your main activities will be:

• Perform visual inspection and documentary conformity control of incoming goods according to established control plans.
• Follow measurement programs for metrological control devices, choose the associated measuring instruments, and perform a simple program.
• Perform metrological controls on parts using a measuring arm: interpret observations, validate results.
• Fill in and archive control reports, ensuring the traceability of product information in the management software (ERP).
• Identify, isolate, and report deviations and non-conformities to your technical supervisor.
• Ensure the calibration of control equipment (monitoring, life sheets, control reports), in accordance with current standards.
• Conduct technological monitoring on metrological control methods and means, and participate in the continuous improvement of the Workshop's control capabilities.

PROFILE

You have a higher education background or a professional career in Physical Measurements/Mechanics.

You enjoy working close to the field and manufacturing, demonstrating rigor and organization. Reading blueprints and knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.

You are accustomed to communicating in English in a professional context, both written and oral.
