Process & Industrial Integration Engineer M/F

////// CONTEXT

As part of its international growth strategy, Dedienne Worldwide is strengthening its teams within the holding company and is recruiting a Process & Industrial Integration Engineer. As a true driver of operational excellence, you will contribute to industrial integration projects according to the directions defined by management and in coordination with the PMO M&A, and lead continuous improvement programs across the group's existing subsidiaries.

////// JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Group Management, you will provide the operational and industrial expertise necessary for the two development axes of the Dedienne Worldwide group: external growth projects (post-acquisition integrations) and the operational excellence of existing Dedienne Aerospace subsidiaries worldwide.

In this capacity, your missions include notably:

Industrial diagnosis of target entities (pre-closing)

-Participate in operational due diligence phases: conduct field audits of industrial processes, manufacturing methods, flows, and the organization of target entities. -Map key processes (VSM), identify strengths, operational risks, and gaps with Dedienne Aerospace group standards. -Produce structured industrial diagnostic reports for Management and the PMO, formalizing integration challenges and action priorities.

Post-acquisition industrial integration (post-closing)

-Contribute to the definition and deployment of the industrial alignment plan for integrated sites: identification of priority projects, resource estimation, sequencing of actions, and coordination with the PMO. -Drive the compliance of processes, methods, and group standards, support the transfer of tools and practices, and assist local teams in adopting new frameworks. -Also participate in the integration of the group's industrial culture.

Operational excellence and continuous improvement for existing subsidiaries

-Drive and facilitate operational excellence initiatives at group sites: conduct lean diagnostics, flow mapping, waste analysis, and industrial performance analysis. -Deploy continuous improvement projects adapted to local challenges, conduct root cause analyses, and monitor associated action plans. -Support the skill development of teams in lean methods and measure gains obtained within a group capitalization logic.

Project management support and coordination with the PMO

-Contribute to the execution of industrial projects and ensure operational follow-up in connection with the PMO, report progress, risks, and bottlenecks, and contribute to steering committees as well as project reviews. -Prepare reporting elements and capitalize on feedback to enrich the group's methods and standards regarding the industrial aspect.

////// PROFILE

You hold a mechanical engineering degree and have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in industrial integration projects. You have worked within a significant-sized group (>1,000 employees) and know how to demonstrate autonomy, leadership, and initiative to achieve your objectives. Finally, you are fluent in English (C1 level required).
