////// CONTEXT AND MISSION

As part of the development of DEDIENNE AEROSPACE activities, our Design Office wishes to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer M/F.

Your missions will be to deploy one or more technical projects within the framework of Dedienne Aerospace activity Programs:

-You develop and study the specifications and technical specifications of the various assigned Client projects. -You design the technical and budgetary responses from the design phase through to realization.

////// JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be part of the DEDIENNE AEROSPACE Design Office, supervised by the Design Office Director and managed by a Department Manager.

Your activities in general are to perform, create, develop, and improve mechanical products:

-Contribute to technical and budgetary feasibility studies based on a technical need issued by the Client -Contribute to preliminary design reviews with Clients, identify the needs and constraints posed, participate in costing -Size the technical project by integrating calculations, finite elements or analytical, and guarantee technical and budgetary feasibility. -Maintain qualification files according to applicable Quality processes and appropriate methods and tools. -Produce the overall plan for mechanical studies, compile the sets of plans and associated detail plans, write the technical documentation in the study file. -Administer and update the configuration of digital models in dedicated software. -Contribute to testing campaigns of technical solutions and to design evolutions according to test results. Analyze technical problems encountered. -Analyze the various constraints related to production, propose associated manufacturing methodologies -Perform technological monitoring on materials and design tools and methods, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

////// PROFILE

Coming from higher education as a Mechanical Engineer, you have a first experience in a company or through work-study in the design of tooling for the aeronautical sector or similar mechanical products: Heavy Vehicles and trailers, nacelles and lifting equipment, agricultural machinery, heavy handling tooling. Ideally, you are trained in CAD tools: CATIA V5, ABAQUS and ADAMS.

You have a strong mechanical culture and are naturally curious. You know how to be proactive and rigorous within a team. Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are able to evolve in a dynamic and international environment.

You have an English level of at least B2, which will allow you to communicate in writing and sometimes orally about your technical projects.

You appreciate the latitude of action and the agility of SME environments. You want to develop your skills and autonomy in an evolving and expert context. You are recognized for your proactivity and your desire to provide solutions in order to contribute to projects.
